Rejoignez l'équipe de l'usine IPEX de St-Laurent et contribuez à la structuration de son département d'entretien en tant que Planificateur de la maintenance

En tant que membre de l'équipe, vous serez responsable de planifier les activités de maintenance, de faire effectuer des réparations, des installations ainsi que les routines de maintenance préventive et prédictive des équipements à l'usine de St-Laurent. Vous serez également appelé à participer aux différents projets.

Activités principales

  • Appliquer et respecter les directives Santé, Sécurité et Environnement.
  • Planifier et ordonnancer les activités régulières à la maintenance ainsi que les activités des arrêts planifiés.
  • Responsable du suivi des indicateurs de performances (KPI) de la maintenance.
  • Optimiser les opérations et ressources de maintenance lors des travaux.
  • Être un agent de changement vers l'atteinte des meilleurs pratiques de maintenance et de fiabilité.
  • Réaliser des recherches sur divers pièces nécessaires à la maintenance.
  • Participation active à la rédaction et l'amélioration documentaire (procédures, SOP, etc..) afin d'atteindre l'excellence de la maintenance.
  • S'impliquer dans les divers projets en sécurité, amélioration continue.
  • Responsable du magasin de pièces de rechange
  • Participation active à l'amélioration des stratégies de maintenance orienté vers la fiabilité.
  • Toutes autres tâches demandées.

Connaissances et compétences nécessaires

  • Orienté sur la sécurité, qualité et productivité du travail accompli.
  • Diplôme technique ou l'équivalent en expérience démontrée reliée à la maintenance;
  • 3-5 années d'expérience pratique dans des fonctions similaires et dans un environnement de fabrication et/ou manufacturier;
  • Connaissance en système GMAO.
  • Aptitude avec les systèmes informatiques.
  • Avoir des notions de fiabilité et d'amélioration continue.
  • Une bonne connaissance en mécanique, en pneumatique, de l'hydraulique et en électrique.
  • Connaissance de l'anglais.
