About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Labourer to join our team at Rajvinder Gill & Saudagar Gill. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of our blueberry crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilization and Spraying: Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and yield.
  • Pruning and Maintenance: Assist in pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to maintain their health and promote growth.
Work Environment

As a Farm Labourer, you will work outdoors in a hot environment. You will be required to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
