About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Worker to join our team at Blueridge Blueberry Farm. As a key member of our farm operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plant, Cultivate and Irrigate Crops: You will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery: You will be responsible for operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Provide Agricultural Crop Services: You will provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting to ensure high-quality crops.
  • Coordinate and Supervise Farm Workers: You will coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Quality Control and Production Records: You will maintain quality control and production records to ensure accurate tracking of farm operations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
