About the Role

Pabbi's Reet Reewaz Fashion Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's overall vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Department Establishment and Management
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major sales departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Business Objectives and Policies
    • Establish objectives for the sales organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
  • Representation and Negotiation
    • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Executive Staff Selection and Development
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
