About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, Sales to join our team at Rahelu Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with sales strategy development and implementation.
