Senior Financial Services Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Financial Services team. As a key member of our Client Relationship Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert financial advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a client contact strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional client service by delivering superior business and financial advice
- Collaborate with a core group of expert advisors to create and execute a client contact strategy
- Monitor and mitigate risk through the review of financial statements and identification of trends
- Leverage the expertise of RBC to identify referral opportunities and make introductions
- Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience
- Proven client-centricity, business development, and relationship management excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- New client acquisition skills, including pitching the value proposition and lead generation
- Experience with emerging communications and technology
