Senior Financial Services Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Financial Services team. As a key member of our Client Relationship Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert financial advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a client contact strategy to identify new business opportunities and deepen existing relationships
- Provide exceptional client service by delivering superior business and financial advice, leveraging the expertise of RBC's commercial banking team
- Collaborate with a core group of expert advisors to create and execute a client contact strategy tailored to each client's needs
- Monitor and mitigate risk through the review of financial statements, identifying trends and assessing credit restructuring opportunities
- Leverage RBC's expertise to identify referral opportunities and make introductions to RBC partners
- Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience
- Proven client-centricity, business development, and relationship management excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- New client acquisition skills, including pitching the value proposition, lead generation, initial customer contact, and cold calling
- Experience with emerging communications and technology, including web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications
