About This Career Opportunity

The Centralized Call Centre Representative reports to the Call Centre Supervisor. Their primary focus is to support work order creation for the Facilities Management Organization and Service departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality facility services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries and resolve problems
  • Maintain and monitor the work database of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Support work order creation and ensure timely delivery of facility services
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $23.75. Following a 3-4 week training period, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home if you meet the criteria for remote work.

Requirements
  • Fully bilingual in English and French
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Quiet and ergonomic workspace
  • Stable internet connection with minimum bandwidth of 10mb/s
  • Ability to attend the primary work location within 3 hours if needed
  • 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • JD Edwards experience is an asset
