Supply Educational Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Supply Educational Assistant to join our team at the District School Board of Niagara.

Job Summary:

The Supply Educational Assistant will provide support to students and teachers in a variety of educational settings, working up to 35 hours per week. This is a long-term occasional on-call position, offering a rate of pay of $170.13 per day, including 4% vacation pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational support to students in a variety of settings
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Support students with special needs
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
