Fountain Tire is seeking a skilled Tire Retread Technician/Labourer to join our Edmonton Retread Plant team.

Compensation: $20/hour (wage depending on experience)

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial tire inspections to determine suitability for retreading
  • Operate automated buffing equipment and manual equipment for tire repairs
  • Manage the retreading process, including curing chamber and press operation
  • Perform final tire inspections and process shipping and receiving paperwork
  • Operate a forklift for tire handling

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Dedicated team player with basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Consistent lifting of 50+ pounds
