About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Driver to join our team at Maslack Supply Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering automotive parts to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verifying invoices to ensure accuracy
- Examine the condition of merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, and ensure customer sign-off
- Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns, and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency
- Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensuring proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties
- Comply with electronic delivery principles and standards
- Ensure any customer complaints or dissatisfaction are immediately reported to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager
- Check daily fluid levels of the vehicle, tire condition, and ensure cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the road at all times
- Check-in with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager on delivery progress/delays
- Participate in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory
- May assist with customer service activities within the store location, and assist with keeping the store in a neat and orderly manner, including stocking shelves
Requirements:
- No experience required
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Possesses high interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships
- Able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds
