Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Knights Inn Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and stay connected with staff.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs to provide exceptional customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure that our hotel is well-stocked and ready to meet the needs of our guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances is required.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential for this role.
