Hotel Operations Manager

At Knights Inn Motel, we are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have excellent leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, recruiting and hiring staff, supervising a team of 5-10 people, and conducting performance reviews.
In addition, the Hotel Operations Manager will be expected to negotiate with suppliers, conduct training sessions, prepare budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses. They will also be responsible for preparing marketing plans, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, establishing work schedules, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background, preferably a college diploma, and relevant experience in hotel management. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, as well as paid time off and a permanent work term. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.
