About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Banking Director to join our team at National Bank of Canada. As a Commercial Banking Director, you will be responsible for growing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you, identifying and developing business opportunities, and establishing business development strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the portfolio of business clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial banking and business development. You will have a proven track record of success in growing business portfolios and developing new business opportunities. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
