Role OverviewThe Senior Culture Consultant serves as a strategic thought leader, responsible for cultivating and aligning the organization's culture with its business objectives. This pivotal role will lead the design and execution of a comprehensive culture transformation strategy aimed at fostering an entrepreneurial, innovative, high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities● Formulate and implement a comprehensive culture strategy that aligns with the company's overarching business goals and vision.
● Identify and articulate key cultural pillars that will facilitate business transformation.
● Design and execute a detailed culture transformation plan, encompassing leadership development, policy optimization, employee engagement initiatives, and people metrics.
● Collaborate across various departments to establish culture priorities and ensure cohesive alignment.
● Conduct in-depth culture assessments to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
● Develop and implement change management strategies to support culture transformation efforts.
● Measure and analyze culture metrics to evaluate progress and return on investment.
● Promote a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation, collaboration, and employee engagement.
● Provide strategic guidance and coaching to leaders at all organizational levels.
● Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in culture and organizational development.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
● Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
● Over 10 years of experience in culture transformation, organizational development, or leadership development.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Proven success in leading culture initiatives within a complex, global organization.
● In-depth understanding of organizational culture, leadership, and change management principles.
● Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
● Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Consulting experience within a global company or consulting firm.
● Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.
