We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Client Care Specialist to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients across Canada.

What is the Opportunity?

As an Insurance Client Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their insurance needs. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information, resolving client complaints, and escalating complex issues to senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and support to clients across Canada
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:

  • Valid Damage Insurance certificate issued by Quebec Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
  • Willingness to complete and obtain OTL (Other than Life) license for Ontario and other provincial licenses in Eastern provinces (RBC will provide support and training)
  • Experience in Home & Auto Insurance
  • Proven problem resolution competencies and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Flexibility to work Monday – Friday between 8:00AM - 8:00PM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Life, travel, and/or Call Centre experience
  • CIP Designation
