We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at MARITIME STEAMSHIP ASSISTANTS INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and prioritize customer orders and instructions
  • Develop and implement operational logistics plans to ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Oversee the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and track work orders, time sheets, and payroll summaries for accuracy
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
