Paradigm Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Senior Healthcare Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced project manager to lead the transformation of the provincial healthcare system, improving patient care and supporting strategic healthcare system alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive healthcare system transformation.
  • Provide expert project management services, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reusable analysis artifacts and contribute to organizational redesign planning.
  • Manage project budgets, assign resources, and oversee interdependencies between projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executive-level organizational leaders.
  • Apply formal project management methodologies, such as PMP and PRINCE2, to ensure project success.
  • Utilize Prosci as the OCM methodology to drive organizational change management.
  • Manage projects leveraging clinical applications, including Allscripts, Centricity, Pharmacy, ADT, CPOE, RIS, PACS, and EMR.
  • Pursue relevant certifications, such as PMP, Prosci, PRINCE2, and ITIL, to enhance professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing projects and implementing clinical change in a healthcare setting.
  • 8+ years of experience as a PM creating and managing project budgets, assigning resources, and managing interdependencies between projects and programs.
  • 5 years of experience in implementing large transformational projects, including significant organizational and service delivery changes, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • 8 years of experience interacting with senior executive-level organizational leaders.
  • Experience with formal project management methodologies and clinical applications.
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree from an educational facility with a major in Science, Business, Commerce, or Project Management.
