Lawn Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team at PB10 Construction & Landscaping. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planting, maintenance, and upkeep of our outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to ensure high-quality results.
- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to meet our clients' needs.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Plan and estimate labor and materials to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
- Develop and implement mentorship programs to support newcomers and refugees in their transition to our team.
- Offer coaching and networking opportunities to support youth in their career development.
- Provide cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Offer mentorship programs to pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
- Permanent position with a regular schedule of 32-40 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
