Job Title: Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Manager to join our team at George Dumont Service Station Co Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our gas station, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer requests and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

Working Conditions:

The Gas Station Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
