Job Summary:

The Gas Station Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, including managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Collaborative and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Work Environment:

The Gas Station Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and have a valid driver's license.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Gas Station Operations Manager will work 30 hours per week.
