About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Operations Manager to join our team at George Dumont Service Station Co Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage a team of staff and assign duties to ensure optimal store performance.
    • Determine staffing requirements based on business needs and plan accordingly.
  • Merchandise and Services
    • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
    • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and competitive pricing.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or convenience store environment.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
    • Flexibility, judgement, and ability to multitask.
    • Team player with patience and a positive attitude.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
