Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
    • Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs.
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure that the team is well-trained and motivated.
  • Merchandise and Services
    • Determine merchandise and services to be sold to meet customer demand.
    • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale to ensure that the store is well-stocked and competitive.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that the business is financially stable.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Working Conditions
  • 1 to 2 people will be supervised.
