Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team in downtown Montreal. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate call transfers and manage incoming calls
- Perform administrative tasks, including agenda management, mail management, and processing invoices
- Assist with other related tasks as needed
- Perfectly bilingual (French and English, written and spoken)
- Relevant experience in customer service and administrative support
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and a sense of initiative
- Indefinite duration of contract with possibility of permanence
- Opportunity to grow within the company
- Face-to-face interaction with clients and colleagues
- Competitive hourly rate, starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience
