Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team in downtown Montreal. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Operate call transfers and manage incoming calls
  • Perform administrative tasks, including agenda management, mail management, and processing invoices
  • Assist with other related tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English, written and spoken)
  • Relevant experience in customer service and administrative support
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness, and a sense of initiative
