Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Inclusion and Integration Program as the Inclusion and Integration Program Director. This is a key role within our Community Services department, responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing high-quality programs that promote inclusion and integration for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement program plans that meet the needs of participants, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise, guide, and coach staff and volunteers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Participant Support: Provide support and guidance to participants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Program Promotion and Marketing: Assist in promoting programs to attract new participants and increase program enrollment.
  • Staff Training and Development: Develop and deliver staff training and meetings to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience and 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or exceptionalities.
  • Education and Certifications: High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or Sport Certification, Safeguard certification, and a valid Ontario driver's license.
  • Skills and Abilities: Exceptional customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
