We are proud to partner with the Canada Border Services Agency to provide security professionals at their Immigration Holding Centre.

As a CBSA Tactical Security Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of individuals and assets within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and escort individuals within the facility, utilizing restraints as necessary to ensure safety.
  • Observe, monitor, and report on behavior of detainees, demonstrating empathy and compassion in high-stress situations.
  • Conduct regular foot patrols, both indoor and outdoor facilities, to maintain vigilance and efficiency.
  • Generate daily incident reports, utilizing tactical training to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations.

Requirements:

  • A valid Ontario security guard license.
  • A valid and current First Aid/CPR certificate from a WSIB-recognized training provider.
  • Canadian citizenship or 5-years permanent residence status.
  • Minimum high school diploma from a recognized education provider.
  • Ability to pass a Public Works Clearance and a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Available to work flexible hours, in a full-time or part-time capacity.
