As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for leading a team of enhanced security guards and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of tactical security guards, prioritizing the safety and security of individuals and assets.
  • Develop and implement procedures and policies for security operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular foot patrols and monitor behavior of detainees, utilizing tactical training to de-escalate potentially dangerous situations.
  • Collaborate with Federal Law Enforcement Officers to ensure effective security and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and compassion to individuals in vulnerable situations.
Requirements:
  • Security Supervisor experience, managing a team of 10+ security guards.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in personnel management in a unionized environment.
  • Valid Ontario security guard license and current First Aid/CPR certificate.
  • Canadian citizenship or 5-years permanent residence status.
  • Minimum high school diploma from a recognized education provider.
  • Ability to pass a Public Works Clearance and a Vulnerable Sector Check.
