About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2478979 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, address customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage working groups to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Technology and Transportation: Utilize electronic cash registers and MS Office software to manage operations. Ensure reliable transportation options are available for employees.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, and punctuality.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
