Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the management of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of supplies.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of a college or other non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years
- Experience: Between 1 and 2 years of relevant work experience in a restaurant management role
- Work Term: Permanent position
- Work Language: Fluency in English
- Hours: Full-time position with 40 hours per week
