Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.
About the Role:
- Education: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration, is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in managing day-to-day operations.
- Work Term: This is a permanent, full-time position.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Hours: The successful candidate will work a standard 40-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
