Key Holder - The Cosmetic Company Store

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at The Cosmetic Company Store. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors that inspire the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Use your retail expertise to carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing store duties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide personalized service.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash handling and store opening/closing duties.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.40 to $29.15, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness programs, and retirement savings plans.
