About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Sierra Lane Construction Ltd. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and prospects
    • Coordinate sales meetings and events
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage sales contracts and agreements
    • Prepare and send sales-related correspondence and documents
    • Compile and analyze sales data and statistics
  • Research and Client Support
    • Conduct research to support sales efforts
    • Provide ongoing support to clients after sales
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with sales team members and clients
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales support role
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Flexibility and adaptability
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under tight deadlines is essential.
