Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data processes efficiently; organize and upload documentation into the ERP system.
  • Assist with invoicing and billing procedures.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of reports and quotes.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and support.
  • Oversee material ordering and receiving processes.
  • Issue Purchase Orders as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling for project construction personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Facilitate project and service coordination within a mechanical setting.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related discipline; or a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt as a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced computer skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Fire and Life Safety industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of Fire Protection industry standards or NFPA codes is beneficial.
  • Experience in inventory management and purchasing is considered an asset.
