Sales Support and Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data processes effectively, including filing and uploading documents into the ERP system.
  • Assist with invoicing and billing procedures.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of reports and quotes.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Handle material ordering and receiving tasks.
  • Issue Purchase Orders as required.
  • Coordinate scheduling for project construction personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Facilitate project and service coordination within a mechanical setting.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related discipline; or a minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced computer skills are advantageous.
  • Background in the Fire and Life Safety industry is preferred.
  • Strong project coordination skills and experience are essential.
  • Familiarity with the Fire Protection industry or NFPA codes is a plus.
  • Experience in inventory management and purchasing is considered beneficial.
