Job Title: Social Media Senior Manager, TD Direct Investing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Senior Manager to lead our social media strategy for TD Direct Investing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a winning social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our social media content roadmap to effectively prioritize across user demands and segmentation strategies.
  • Provide leadership to the content delivery pod for all social content to ensure that content meets intended objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to drive the paid social media strategy with best practices aimed at growing our social community.
  • Research and identify new social media trends that can be leveraged to deliver engaging investing and trading content adapted for the expectations of social users.
  • Work closely with control partners to ensure that TD Brand standards and all compliance, legal, and other regulatory guidelines are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience leading social media for a major brand, content strategy, social media marketing, or other relevant experience.
  • Must excel at driving an editorial process that effectively balances ensuring high quality standards, leverage of expertise throughout the team, and making quality decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management and publishing software (Sprinklr/Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to leverage SEO and other tools to deliver relevant content that users are looking for in the moment and how to create content that drives action.
