We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks and supporting our project coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including conflict resolution and monitoring and evaluation.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with project management software and database software.
- Various locations.
- Construction company environment.
English.
Work Term:Permanent.Hours:
40 hours per week.
