Job Title: Project Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at DV Kitchens & Baths. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks and supporting our project coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including conflict resolution and monitoring and evaluation.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with project management software and database software.

  • Various locations.
  • Construction company environment.
