At Triple O's, we're on the hunt for a talented leader to join our team as a Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our Abbotsford location.

As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading by example, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety, and drive sales growth through effective promotions and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Managing inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability
  • Coordinating in-store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions

Requirements for the role include:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
