About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Systems Technician to join our team at AFPS - Accurate Fire Protection & Security. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fire alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection and Repair: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and maintenance, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Electronic Equipment Installation: Install electronic equipment, including fire alarm systems, to ensure that they are properly configured and functioning as intended.
  • Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Repair and maintain electronic equipment, including fire alarm systems, to ensure that they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Testing and Inspection: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure that they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Component Replacement: Replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools.
  • Circuit and Component Diagnosis: Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults to ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Adjustment and Alignment: Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure that they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports to ensure that all equipment is properly documented and maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
