Food Service Manager

Hakka Chinese Kitchen Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory management and quality control metrics.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
- Transportation: Own transportation required.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding work environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
- Client Focus: Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills required to provide exceptional customer service.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
