Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Big Bee Food Mart. As a Food Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Establish and maintain work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Recruit and onboard new staff members
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Manage cash handling and payroll administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
