Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Big Bee Food Mart. As a Food Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the inventory of our store, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Recruit, train, and develop our sales team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
