Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A completed DEP or AEC in accounting
  • A strong team spirit and a willingness to assist colleagues
  • Proficient knowledge of the Office suite
  • Fluency in French, with the ability to converse in English; Spanish proficiency is an asset
Key Responsibilities

In this essential role, reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Accounting Technician will:

  • Manage the complete accounting cycle for our franchisees
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Respond courteously to inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding their accounts
  • Conduct follow-ups on accounts receivable
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, mailings, and greeting customers
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
