Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, aligning with business objectives.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions, ensuring effective leadership.
- Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
