Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales teams, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales teams to duties and tasks to ensure efficient sales operations
  • Authorize payments and manage sales transactions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor at MJY Auto Sales and Leasing, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week and may be required to work overtime during peak sales periods.
