Position Overview

The Culinary Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
  • Create and manage work schedules for staff.
