Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) will deliver comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare environments, including acute care facilities, personal care homes, and home health services. Key responsibilities encompass assisting clients, residents, and patients in attaining optimal health outcomes, adhering to professional standards, ensuring ongoing competency, and operating within the defined scope of practice.
Required Qualifications:
- Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses
- Certification in Basic Life Support
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Certification in Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale
- Certification in Trauma Nursing Care Course
- Proven ability to cultivate a collaborative work environment
- Skills in conflict resolution
- Strong communication abilities
- Capacity to lead independently
