Job Title: Nurse 2 Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse 2 to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Nurse 2 to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for providing nursing care to clients in a youth residential setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community agencies
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing program or approved Registered Nursing program
  • Active registration with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM) or the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
  • Experience working with clients with mental health and addiction issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
