Position Overview: The Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that connect various enterprise business systems within Telesat, ensuring secure and seamless data flow and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements.
  • Leading and participating in the planning of integration projects.
  • Designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions in accordance with the organization's architectural principles and guidelines.
  • Researching and recommending integration products and services.
  • Testing and troubleshooting integration processes.
  • Implementing audit, logging, and monitoring solutions for integration systems.
  • Providing guidance and support to other members of the Applications Department.
  • Identifying and resolving system integration challenges.
  • Assisting in problem determination and resolution for operational issues related to integration solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in enterprise-level application integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the integration of cross-functional applications across various business units and systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of API protocols.
  • In-depth experience in securing integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with automated integration tools.
  • Experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling, and data mapping.
  • Familiarity with relational database design and management techniques.
  • Proven technical project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of system and software quality assurance best practices.
