Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to join our team at Jitterbit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for architecting and providing comprehensive integration strategies for our customers, partners, and prospects evaluating an integration platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and deliver customized integration solutions.
  • Develop deep product expertise in Jitterbit Harmony platform and demonstrate its value proposition to customers.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including developers, architects, and C-level executives, to articulate the benefits of Jitterbit.
  • Participate in user conferences, webinars, and marketing events to promote the Jitterbit platform.
  • Apply sales methodologies to identify technical fit and improve the chances of earning customer business.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance our products and impact our product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in the integration space.
  • Presales experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with Integration products or APIs in languages such as Java, C#, Python, etc.
  • Proficiency in applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and BMC.
  • Deep understanding of APIs (RESTful and SOAP).
  • Experience with tools like Postman and SoapUI.
  • Travel 10-25%.
