We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Clinical Team in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and office management support for our Clinical Programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for Clinical Programs, including coordinating logistics, preparing documents, and compiling meeting materials.
- Support educational events by coordinating logistics, preparing documents, and recording minutes.
- Prepare and update program documents, presentations, and communications materials.
- Receive and screen inbound telephone calls, emails, and visitors to the shared email.
- Receive incoming mail, review, evaluate, and distribute correspondence.
- Order items for the team as needed.
- Ensure files and records are organized, up-to-date, and securely stored.
- Advanced professional experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Experience creating documents and materials with Canva.
- Able to navigate and utilize SharePoint efficiently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with teammates and can work independently.
- Ability to adapt to change successfully.
